Cassina Sofas LC5 Canap, Appartement Le Corbusier

In keeping with the principles of empiricism and the logic of technical and industrial reproducibility that guided the production of the first models, Le Corbusier’s LC5 sofa, which he designed for his apartment in Paris, stands out as a style icon for its minimal and functional design, with clean and orthogonal geometries.

The essence of the lines, curves, and strict geometries of the padding contribute to the couch’s status as an icon from the perspective of the formal setting. thanks to the incredibly fascinating design of the seat.

Using the most spacious measurements of its seats, with feather-filled cushions and a backrest with direct support on its metal base, the LC5 sofa maintains its classic appeal and elegance.

The frame is made of chromed or painted steel, and either fabric or leather is available for the upholstery.
