Flos Wall Glo-Ball Ceiling

For Flos, designer Jasper Morrison strove to strike the ideal balance between form and function with the Glo Ball ceiling lamp.

This lamp, with its great creative impact and adaptability, can be used with a wide variety of furnishings.

The opalescent glass structure obtained through a processing technique in which the blown glass is formed of many layers of material of different hues guarantees the global diffusion of light. The particular method of jacketing used produces intriguing chromatic effects, which notably connote both the finished product and the ambiance of the setting in which the lamp will be installed.

The core is made from a fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic, and it rests on a painted aluminium-alloy diffuser base.

The Glo Ball ceiling lamp, with its traditional beauty, may be used to characterize any space and give it a sense of individuality and connection.
